The applicant assures that in carrying out a project supported by the FTA agreement, it will comply with all applicable federal laws, ordinances, regulations, directives, FTA circulars and other administrative requirements. The applicant acknowledges that it is continuously required to comply with the terms of the grant or cooperation agreement granted to its project with the FTA. The Applicant understands that federal legislation, regulations, guidelines and administrative practices may change from time to time and may affect the implementation of the Project. The applicant agrees that the remaining federal requirements apply to the project, unless the FTA decides otherwise in writing. The applicant must submit certifications and assurances prior to entering into a grant or cooperation agreement if they do not have up-to-date certifications on file. Start of print page 20191 The IMI demonstration program is administered by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and funded under the Federal Public Transportation Act (49 U.S.C. 5312) by the Federal Public Transportation Innovation Program. FTA plans to grant several cooperation agreements under this program up to a total of $15 million. This announcement raises $15 million through the Transit Innovation Program (49 U.S.C.

5312(b)) that the FTA intends to award in the form of cooperation agreements to support the research, development, demonstration, provision and evaluation of research and technology of national importance for public transportation, which, according to the minister, will improve public transport. The Applicant must be able to execute the proposed agreement and purchases, if necessary, with the Project Partners in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. The Federal Transit Administration`s (FTA) Integrated Mobility Innovation (IMI) Demonstration Program focuses on funding projects that demonstrate innovative and effective approaches, practices, partnerships and technologies to improve transit efficiency, increase efficiency, increase quality, promote safety and improve the traveller experience. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Design Agreement or any other agreement, arrangement or understanding between the Project Approach iv. – The proposed project must be explained in detail and clearly enough to create confidence in its ultimate success. The proposal should include a realistic and detailed description of the overall project process, delineate the roles and responsibilities of the project, and identify potential project risks and mitigation measures. The project budget should be supported by documentation on the source and credibility of the budget estimates. Local sources of counterpart funds must be clearly identified and documented, and any restrictions or restrictions on use must be observed. A robust evaluation framework should be provided, including details on how relevant demonstration data is collected, stored and shared, with assurance that there are no contractual or other barriers to data sharing with the FTA and the independent assessor.
